Use of this website and the purchase of goods from this website are governed by the terms and conditions as set out below.
Payment: All website payments are processed through Paypal and are subject to their terms and conditions.
All goods remain the property of RadiantBabe.co.uk until full Payment has been received and verified.
Delivery All items are normally dispatched within two working days. Should any delay occur, RadiantBabe.co.uk will endeavour to contact you (the customer) promptly. Please advise RadiantBabe.co.uk if you do not receive your item(s) within 20 days of placing your order so that it can be traced.
Customers paying by cheque should allow an additional 7 days for processing. Sales, prices and goods RadiantBabe.co.uk acts as a agent in the sale of goods between wholesale suppliers and our retail customer. The contract of sale then exists between our Customer and the product supplier.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Images may vary slightly from actual products due to the limitations of the internet and variations between computer screens etc. Orders are accepted at the discretion of RadiantBabe.co.uk and RadiantBabe.co.uk maintains the right to decline or cancel orders without giving an explanation.
Sales Tax (VAT) The prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable. Goods sent to private individuals within the EU will attract VAT at the current UK rate.

Returns All orders are carefully checked before dispatch. However, very occasionally items are damaged during transit. If your goods are delivered damaged, contact RadiantBabe.co.uk within 5 working days of receipt to obtain authorisation to return the damaged goods. RadiantBabe.co.uk will dispatch replacement goods within 5 working days following the receipt of the damaged item(s). We do not offer refunds on items that are not damaged. Exchange is possible but only where items remain in their original condition in a new / unused state. Used products cannot be refunded. Postage will be chargeable. It is not our intention to dissapoint our clients, nor do we wish to offend by refusing to refund. We therefore stipulate most strongly - if you are not sure the item is exactly what you want, do NOT buy it. RRP - Recommended Retail Price Where stated within this site, RRP represents the recommended retail price of the item to which it relates. This figure is for guidance only and should NOT be taken as being diffinitively correct. Whilst we strive to attain an accurate and current RRP, prices do go both up and down and may therefore vary from those listed within this site.
Legalities All contracts made between RadiantBabe.co.uk and the Customer are subject the English law and any disputes arising shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
